I am Ortrud and I have fulfilled my dream: Guide in the most beautiful city in the world. I invite you to the tour ‘Cathedral and Old Town’. With a lot of humour I will inspire you with the history and stories of the northernmost city in Italy. The crowning glory is a delicious Kölsch! One Kölsch is not enough? Then I’ll be happy to accompany you on the brewery tour – in addition to information about Cologne’s brewing tradition, we’ll sample various Kölsch beers and you decide which one you like best. Life only becomes exciting through contrasts: take a walk with me through Cologne’s most famous cemetery: the Melatenfriedhof. Enjoy the unique mix of park and cemetery and listen to the emotional stories told by the gravesites. No matter which tour(s) you choose: I look forward to seeing you.

My name is Harry and I am ‘a real Cologne boy’.

You are born here with a cardboard nose on your face and a shard of clay in your hand. So I’ve been a carnivalist and interested in antiquities from birth.

25 years ago, a private visitor from Dresden asked me: ‘What else do you have to see apart from the cathedral?’

I then prepared something.

For Adventure World Tours, I travelled around the cathedral and in the old town, as well as in the southern part of Cologne.Here I show you the Severinsviertel district in a culinary tour.

In Cologne, joys and sorrows are close together. Not just at the FC.

That’s why I can show you the gravesites and final resting places of some internationally famous personalities on our Melaten tour.
