The general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the client and Adventure World Tours, represented by Mischa Sablin. By booking, the client accepts these conditions.
1) General
The information on the flyers, posters, etc. is processed by Mischa Sablin with the greatest care. There is no claim to completeness and we would like to point out that we do not guarantee that the details and information are free of errors.
2) Booking
After a written order by email or verbal order by telephone, the booking of a tour/guided tour is made. Upon booking, the General Terms and Conditions of Adventure World Tours come into force with immediate effect. All prices are in euros and include sales tax. Unless otherwise agreed, the amount will be transferred via invoice in advance of the tour to be carried out. On request, the amount can also be paid in cash. However, Adventure World Tours reserves the right to refuse this.
3) Benefits
1) The service description in the order confirmation from Adventure World Tours regulates the scope of the contractual service; additional agreements must be in written form.
2) If changes to services are unavoidable, Adventure World Tours will inform the customer immediately.
3) In an emergency, we reserve the right to inform guests about short-term changes via mobile phone number. If the telephone number is not available to us, this may mean that guests cannot be informed in a timely manner.
4) Prices
Unless otherwise stated, the prices stated are gross prices. The respective prices can be found in the individual service descriptions. Private customers whose invoice is not made out to a company or institution receive our services gross at the gross prices stated on the website. When booking individual tours and group tours, the price stated by us in writing is binding.
5) Photographs
All photographs taken during or after a tour may be published by Adventure World Tours. If the contractor does not agree to this, he must report this verbally or in writing.
6) Cancellation by Adventure World Tours
1) If the performance of the service is made significantly more difficult or impaired as a result of force majeure, illness or storms that were not foreseeable when the contract was concluded, Adventure World Tours reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
2) Adventure World Tours or the appointed city guides and party guides are entitled to cancel or break off a tour if one or more participants in the group are drunk or under the influence of drugs or for other reasons that endanger the safe implementation of the event. In this case, the right to payment of the agreed amount remains in full.
3) If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Adventure World Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour up to two hours before the tour begins. The respective minimum number of participants can be viewed during the booking process.
7) Withdrawal of the client from the offer / cancellation / waiting times
1a) Bookings up to a value of €189 can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. After that the full price will be charged.
1b) Bookings with a value of €190 or more must be canceled 72 hours before the start of the tour. From 71 hours onwards, 50% of the price applies. The full price must be paid 24 hours before the tour.
2) The booking price will also be charged if the person making the booking does not show up at the meeting point or shows up more than 20 minutes late. The waiting time for the guest representative is a maximum of 20 minutes.
3) The agreed management period is binding. Any costs incurred (entrance fees, table reservations, bus and boat tickets, etc.) that we incur due to the cancellation of agreed services by third parties will be invoiced to the customer if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the tour date.
8) Travel Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance with Adventure World Tour is per person. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you alone will not bear any cancellation costs and will not have to pay any of your own costs for the booking if the following situation arises.

- Serious illness
- Pregnancy
- Serious accidental injury
- Death
- Breakage of prostheses and loosening of implanted joints
- Failure of a pacemaker
- Donation or receipt of organs and tissues (living donation)
Other Reasons
- Adoption of a minor child
- Damage to property due to fire, explosion, storm, lightning strike, flood, earthquake, burst water pipe or burglary
- Court summons during the travel period
- Theft of travel documents required for the trip
9) Liability
1) Adventure World Tours is only liable for damages, regardless of the legal grounds, insofar as the customer asserts claims for damages based on intent or gross negligence on the part of Adventure World Tours or its vicarious agents or representatives. This does not apply to liability for warranted characteristics and for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Insofar as Adventure World Tours is not accused of intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract in the event of a breach of cardinal obligations, liability for damages is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage; this also applies if the customer demands compensation for useless expenses instead of compensation for damages instead of performance. None of the above limitations of liability shall apply in the event of personal injury or in the context of mandatory liability under the Product Liability Act. As a precautionary measure, it is pointed out that the tours may take place on public roads and paths as well as on paved and unpaved paths. Participants must assess and decide for themselves and on their own responsibility whether they meet these requirements. The customer or the participants of a group of customers are liable for any damage caused by the items they carry.
2) If Adventure World Tours is liable for negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, the liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, i.e. to the damage that Adventure World Tours foresaw as a possible consequence of a breach of contract at the time of conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of which Adventure World Tours had to expect, taking into account the circumstances that Adventure World Tours was aware of or should have been aware of at the time of conclusion of the contract.
3) The above limitations of liability do not apply to any liability of Adventure World Tours for guaranteed characteristics, personal injury or under the Product Liability Act.
4) In the case of cooperation with other partners (restaurants, limousine service, etc.), their respective cancellation conditions apply.
