Important information:
On our tours we often visit small, traditional restaurants that do not accept card payments. Please keep this in mind and bring enough cash with you if you want to have a drink in the restaurants.
If you would like to withdraw cash during the tour, please note that other guests will have to wait for you and there is not always an ATM nearby.
The concert halls are not visited on this tour.
According to Elbphilharmonie requirements, any operator providing visitors with access to the Plaza must include “Elbphilharmonie-Plaza(Guided Tour)” in the tour name. However, this is no guarantee that the tours of the Elbphilharmonie Plaza can be carried out by guides.
On this tour you get the opportunity to visit Elphi Plaza without having to wait in line.
In rare, special cases (mainly for security reasons) the Elbphilharmonie reserves the right not to grant access to the Plaza. In this case, we will refund the partial amount as quickly as possible.
