We start right in the heart of the district, at Chlodwigplatz, in front of the Severinstorburg. Your guide will start by providing you with appetizing culinary background information on the individual snacks – but of course it’s also all about the beer. After all, brewery culture has a centuries-old tradition here in Südstadt. After these first exciting anecdotes, your stomach is sure to start churning – so let’s move on to the first culinary stop.
