About us

Hello, we are Mischa, André, Patricia, Anna and many other employees of Adventure World Tours.

We look forward to meeting you, our new colleagues! In order to be able to offer first-class tours, you will probably undergo the best guide training in Germany with us and have fun at the same time.

In contrast to many other institutions and companies, we do not ask you for any money. City guide training can cost up to €12,000.

We have a lot of orders and are often looking for reinforcements for our team.

That means we don’t want to make money from you, like many companies have to do. Instead, we want to work with you to make money and make the world a little happier 😊

We and you are (mostly) not history students or historians! We are simply people who love our neighborhood and our city!

Have you never done a tour before?

All the better! It’s easier to learn the right things than to unlearn the wrong things and then have to learn everything again.

Why will you become a top guide if you pass our exam?

We offer a unique training where you will be polished into a guide diamond. Our tour guides almost always carry out tours exclusively for us, which means they internalize the perfect, friendly approach to our guests and our company philosophy.
Hundreds of applicants apply to us every month. We select the best and train them. Don’t worry, we care about your personality, not your previous knowledge.
We support our guides with additional training such as special guide training developed by speech therapists, acting training and much more.
Your mentor prepares you for the exam.
After the exam, your mentors will accompany you on further tours so that they can support you at the beginning and give you valuable tips.
If you don’t know something, you can ask in our internal chat groups so that even the most unusual questions can be answered during the tour.
We conduct the tours exclusively in one language. This means that our guests don’t have to wait for translations and you can work comfortably.
Small groups: Our tours are limited to a maximum of 21 people for culinary tours and a maximum of 25 people for non-culinary tours.
We have a lot of experience in training and have already trained dozens of top tour guides.
Our guests are our guests, not customers! This makes dealing with each other much nicer.
